Try a healthy treat. A few of my favorites are frozen grapes, sliced banana, blackberries, a drizzle of melted dark chocolate, and of course strawberries or a smoothie with ground flaxseed. These options satisfies cravings while providing omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, potassium, and tons of antioxidants.
