Learn how to properly deal with stress, anger, and anxiety instead of keeping them bottled up inside. Keeping a journal is often necessary. Repeatedly sitting down and writing about what is going on in our lives allows us to get out emotions we might otherwise ignore. Often, the process of writing releases our feelings and placing the words on the page can help us change our outlook. Just let it flow! Remember better out than in.
