We know the lyrics from Bob Marley, that says “music, when it hits you feel no pain.” If not check out Trenchtown Rock. The truth is your body’s internal rhythms shapes to the external rhythms of music. Think about when you go near water and you start breathing slower and your heart rate slows down and starts moving closer to the rhythm and pace of the water. It’s the same with music.
