Make a new friend!

Making friends is a process.  But it starts with the intent to be open to someone new in your life. Today I will be open to making friends.  Therefore, speak to those who smile at you, ask someone sincerely how their day is going and finally open up about yourself in a way that meets my emotional boundaries.

Happiness in Action

  • Smile at strangers.  You never know if it will start a conversation.
  • Speak sincerely with someone you think could possibly be a good friend in the future.
  • Make arrangements to hang out in the near future.
