Remember as a child the excitement you found in brightening the pictures of a coloring book. You would create this masterpiece by placing multiple crayons to paper and usually it left you proud upon completion of the picture. For me coloring is a relaxing way to soothe stress and to just enjoy the day. Today I will pull out one of my coloring books and enjoy.
Happiness in Action:
- Buy a coloring book or good to the internet and find a picture you like to print out.
- Pull out the crayons or pick up some from the dollar store.
- Then enjoy and color….did I also mention this is a good tool to practice mindfulness skills
