Wellness Wednesday (Happiness Tip)

Do something unpredictable.

It so easy to get stuck in the day to day routine and never try new things.  However, a life like that is boring and offers me no chance to explore.  You see I know it makes me happy to have a challenge or to concur the unknown.  It may sometimes take me more time to analyze and think, but once I want new I go after it full heartily.  Today I will do something unpredictable and/or new.

Happiness in Action

  • Decide if you enjoy doing new things!
  • If you answered No; evaluate your fear and set off to take a risk in doing something new
  • Finally do the unpredictable and grow from your experience!
