Identify what leads you to stress

If you are going to handle things in life it is important to get to the root of your  problems. In most cases, you need to identify what is the cause of your stress. For example; is it your perspective, attitude; how you are being treated, financial concerns, workload etc. Whatever the case figuring out what is causing your stress will allow you to get to a real solution. This will lead to resolving the core problem.
