Breathe!

I will quickly tell my clients to stop and breathe. It’s simple advise that can go a long way. When you feel yourself becoming stressed, uncertain what to do take deep breaths. By taking deep, slow breaths, you are actually resetting and getting a chance to respond. To make it simple your relaxation nerve is activated with every deep breath. Remember breathing deeply actually sends a message to the brain to calm down and relax. So take a moment to Stop and Breathe!
