Meatless options revisited.

It would be a good idea to consider how much and what types of meat you are eating. Maybe even experiment with a few days of vegan or vegetarian. Research done by places like John Hopkins School of Public Health has shown that people who eat less animal products have lower rates of obesity, dementia, arthritis, high blood pressure and other medical conditions. Choosing meatless meals a few times a week is a good way to look and feel better. So go ahead swap chicken breast with a bean and rice burrito, or one of my favorites a spicy vegan chili, you won’t regret it.
