Tip: Have a healthy competition!
I recently had the urge to get healthier and fit. I needed real motivation! So I joined a group that set weekly fitness challenges. Competition is not all negative. It can be one of the best ways to help your growth. Through this process, all involve will grow and develop because it offers accountability; more than if you were to set off on the goal alone.
Tip in Action:
- Review your goal list.
- Set a challenge and compete with your “Challenge Buddy” to see who reaches the goal first. (ex. weight loss, exercise, financial challenge)
- Remember to reward yourself when the challenge is completed!
