Tip: I hope you dance!
Most people who know me will tell you that I dance every chance I get; I love music, but I absolutely exist to dance. I know that there is a song that matches almost every mood you can feel. People take for granted the power of a good song that makes you move. Sometimes dancing and singing is the best therapy for that moment.

- My suggestions: “Thriller”, “Blame it on the Boogie”, “Proud Mary”, “Survivor”, “I Will Survive”. There are so many, I may have to do a whole blog on my get up and move list.
