No need to be prefect. As hard as we may try, mistakes are inevitable. Want to continue to grow try remembering no one is perfect. We have to acknowledge when you have done wrong, accept it, forgive ourselves and then move on. When we become us to this process, the easier it will be to regulate and control our mood. Accept mistakes and be free!
