Get a run in. We’ve all heard of the runner’s high. Running is not only a great way to get in shape, it also produces endorphins which help create a feeling of “happiness” and/or “positive mood.” Try running somewhere beautiful to get in energy up, be healthy and enjoy the scenery all at the same time.
