Want to have an improvement in your mood! Find and develop an interest or a passion. It has been shown that developing and participating in interests can improve your emotional wellness. Interest and hobbies can be both be enjoyable and provide a valuable distraction from life many worries and stress. So go join a sport team, break out the craft, a hobby, volunteer for a cause  or a charity, whatever you do make it fun!
