Take a moment to breathe

Most people don’t take a moment to breathe. As a therapist I teach people the benefits of breathing.  I know that mindful breathing can be relaxing, increase self- awareness and simply clear your mind.  Today, be mindful about your breath.  I mean really mindful. Focus your attention on the breath, the coming in and going out and have the awareness of the breath moment to moment.

Happiness in Action

  • Focus your attention on each breath
  • Listen as each breath is coming and going out
  • Have the awareness of each breath from moment to moment.
  • Remember practice makes perfect!
