Being negative these days is so easy. With politics, mass shooting and a heartbreaking story found on every channel. Causing us to be negative and have negative thoughts about life purpose and so much more. My tip for this world is to monitor your thoughts and emotions. Whenever you feel a down spiral in your mood it’s important to redirect and focus on the positive parts of life. Write positive affirmations down and repeat to yourself as necessary. As much as possible, surround yourself with positive people. Also remember it’s okay to limit your connection to situations and people that are negative. Take care of you and be positive.
