Drink enough water to stay hydrated

Yes, I may have wrote this one a million times and I will probably write it a million more times. Water empowers our organs, brains all which impact or health. It may sound simple but drinking a glass of water can greatly help us stay health and  relieve stress. Remember if you are dehydrated, it will increase your levels of the stress hormone cortisol. Making sure you’re adequately hydrated means you can help reduce that stress.
