Want to help create early wellness habits in your kids.

Believe it or not, kids naturally enjoy eating nourishing foods and being physically active. We can provide them with an environment that supports these healthy behaviors by using non-food rewards. Here are some effective alternatives to offering food as a reward to kids. Ex. play outside with friends, a computer or board game; have a friend over for sleepover, dance to favorite music, etc.
