Gentle Reminder that you’ve already read from me in Wellness Wednesday but the summer only increase the need to stay hydrated. Drinking enough water is key to feeling energized and enjoy the beautiful weather. Try adding some fruits and herbs to make water more interesting, such as watermelon, lemon or mint. Enjoy and stay hydrated!!!
