Life sometimes is full with distractions and stress. We never take time to calmly listen to what our mind, body and spirit is telling us. Try simply to sit in a comfortable position, breathe, close your eyes, and, as you breathe, conceptualize and repeat the words “What I truly desire?” 2 to 4 times; don’t feel like you know what you desire, let your mind be still and see what pops up!
