Tip: Do something outside of your box!
Usually we spend a lot of our life doing what is comfortable. We collect hobbies that reflect that comfort zone. Time to create a new comfort zone! Let’s think about this, we all have our favorite things to do, learning something new requires you to extend yourself in different ways, whether physically, mentally or emotionally. Doing something outside of your box will allow you to build confidence and learn to take risks!
Tip in Action:
- List what areas you want to stretch yourself in and what you could learn from each.
- Pick something new from the list and do it. (Example: learn a sport, pick up a craft or take a new class; these are just a few things to consider).
- Remember you are worth the Risk!
