Wellness Wednesday (Happiness Tip)

Go to bed 30 minutes earlier until it is a routine!

Changing your sleep habits can improve your health.  At one point in my life, I had good sleep habits and it made me happy to be rested.  Well, today marks the start of one of my short term goals to correct my poor sleep habits.  I invite you to do the same. In time I will create a new habit. Rest improves your mood and physical health.

Happiness in Action:

  • Do a check in on your short-term goal related to your poor habits.
  • If you just want to feel more rested, then join me in getting to sleep a little earlier.
  • Rest can improve your energy and mood!
