Make a list of what makes you HAPPY!

The last three months of intentionally doing things that make me happy has helped to keep me positive.Ā  Iā€™ve learned even more that happiness includes making the decision each day to be happy. Each action we take to be happy is our responsibility.Ā  I certainly hope that you can say the same.

Happiness in Action:

  • Create a list of things that make you happy
  • Do the things that make you happy
  • Remember, happiness is a journey not a destination. Happy Travels
