Make a list of what makes you HAPPY!

The last three months of intentionally doing things that make me happy has helped to keep me positive.  I’ve learned even more that happiness includes making the decision each day to be happy. Each action we take to be happy is our responsibility.  I certainly hope that you can say the same.

Happiness in Action:

  • Create a list of things that make you happy
  • Do the things that make you happy
  • Remember, happiness is a journey not a destination. Happy Travels
