I love to write, I find it relaxing and it can be extremely releasing. Today I will attempt to write; I will pick a subject that makes me happy, write and possibly share it with someone special.

- If you don’t already have one get one or create an online journal!
- Think about the good things that have happen in the day! You may want to believe nothing good happened but I challenge you to identify something good (the close parking spot, getting the extra time to complete an assignment, not having to wait in line at the bank, etc.)
