While getting in shape requires sensible balance of nutrition and physical activity. Plan an indulgence time or call it what you want. Just remember it’s important to treat yourself once in a while to avoid feeling deprived. Consider a 90-10 rule – eat sensibility 90% of the time and indulge 10%. Enjoy!
