Create a garden for healing from physical, emotional, or spiritual traumas in your life.  It can help you build a healing space for such things as mediation, journal and mindfulness techniques. The garden itself can act a small part restoring your emotional health. Bonus of the garden can include planting healing herbs; I am have a terrible green thumb but I hope you get some of the  both for their aromatherapy scents as you relax in the garden, and for healthy additions to your diet.
