First step establish a normal, stress free bedtime routine that will allow you to unwind and send a sign to your brain that it’s time for bed. Then it is important to avoid exposure to tv, phone or other bright light before bedtime. Consider your sleep environment. Make it as pleasant, comfortable, dark and quiet as you can.
Once you develop a routine and do the same things each night, you will train your body. My trick to a successful sleep routine includes a hot bath.
