Learn to own and express your feelings appropriately.

When things are going right or wrong we have to know how to handle our emotions. It’s important to build our own feelings and needs vocabulary so we can express what we feel appropriately. I know this sounds scary for those of us who fear vulnerability; however attunement to ones exact feelings and mindsets lead to positive and greater self-discovery.
