How many times have we heard that stress is often the main contributor to any number of problems? Our stress levels extremely affect our emotional, physical and emotional wellness, so finding ways to handle the stress we experience daily becomes important. We can’t run from stress completely, it’s an unavoidable part of life. The goal is to create balance in our lives so that stress doesn’t control us. We need to create boundaries around the amount of time we spend at work, take time out to play, get enough sleep and engage in enjoyable activities that enrich our spirits and allow us to be whole.
