Usually people we struggle with are struggling internally. So visualize the person with whom you’re having difficulty as innocent of harming others, and a positive person. Now see this person as stuck in a shell, and all the actions you find problematic are just this person trying to peck away at that shell.

Remember your encounters with this person is only helping them peel away that shell, contributing to this person being their best self. Hopefully next time you see this person, you can handle them in this context.
