Wellness Wednesday!

I recently created the new habit of putting my phone in a different room then the room I am working. When that impulse to pull out the phone strike, I simply resist. At first it was difficulty and I admit it cause a little anxiety, which I got through. Once I got through the anxiety, something great happen: peace and silence. Freedom.
