Tip: Seek feedback on your development!

I’m amazed at how many people will be running and running towards a goal and getting nowhere.  Yet after years of disappointment they won’t seek an ounce of help.  You don’t have to do it alone!  Remember the saying “the eye sees not itself.”  As much as we try we sometimes we cannot see our own flaws.  Seeking feedback gives us an extra perspective and helps us grow.

• Ask for feedback!
• Seek out a person that will not have preset bias and can really be objective.  (friends, family, colleagues, boss, or even acquaintances)
• Remember that other people want you successful!
