Walking is another simple but powerful step towards being happy. As a writer this is extremely important to me. It is where I get some of my best ideas. I’m sure I was walking when I came up with this happiness challenge. Today I will take a walk on break or when my day is over. Also after the winter we had here in the East coast anything over 20 degrees and I can and will take my walk.
