This seems so simple. However, most people don’t take a moment to breathe. As a therapist I teach people the benefits of breathing. I know that mindful breathing can be relaxing, increase self- awareness and simply clear your mind. Today I will be mindful about my breath. I mean really mindful. I will focus my attention on the breath, the coming in and going out and have the awareness of the breath moment to moment.
