30 Day Happiness Challenge: Day 10

Earlier in this challenge, I said I would be changing my sleep habits to improve my health.  At one point in my life, I had good sleep habits and it made me happy to be rested.  Well, today marks the start of one of my short term goals to correct my poor sleep habits.  I am excited to say that I have been sticking to my other short-term goals related to this habit.  I believe in time I will create a new habit.  Being excited about a goal makes me happy.  Plus, I will get some much needed rest.


Happiness in Action:

  • Do a check in on your short-term goal related to your poor habits.
  • If you just want to feel more rested, then join me in getting to sleep a little earlier.
  • Rest can improve your energy and mood!
