Day 8: Name 10 things you are grateful for today!
If I know one thing about being happy it always includes being grateful. To be grateful is to acknowledge the things in your life that make it worth living. The goal for today will be to spend just a few moments paying attention to things that I am grateful for in my life. This always improves my overall happiness.
