30 Day Happiness Challenge: Day 6

happinesschallenge    Day 6: Stop a habit that conflict with your values.


As I reach day 6 of this happiness challenge; I realized that I could really afford to use this time to work on a habit I want to change.  You see being happy also requires looking deep inside and determining what habits could be stopping your happiness.  I needed to determine the one habit that I felt ready to truly work on.  After that I created a real goal.  So today I will evaluate my current habit of poor sleeping.  I know and believe the body needs proper sleep to be healthy.   • Take a look at what habits are barriers to your true happiness.
  • Determine what you can do to change those bad habits.
  • Set SMART goals (Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant Time-frame)
