As I reach day 6 of this happiness challenge; I realized that I could really afford to use this time to work on a habit I want to change. You see being happy also requires looking deep inside and determining what habits could be stopping your happiness. I needed to determine the one habit that I felt ready to truly work on. After that I created a real goal. So today I will evaluate my current habit of poor sleeping. I know and believe the body needs proper sleep to be healthy.
