No, this is not about a diet or some new eating fad. I want you to love your body and stay clear of abusing it. Stop putting unrealistic expectations on you and your body. Learn what is healthy for you, both eating and fitness and do it. But don’t get so wrapped up in that form of thinking that it causes you to only see the negative. Look in the mirror and love yourself. In other words, find things to like about yourself, instead of beating yourself up.
