Wellness Wednesday

List 10 things you’re grateful for day.
I practice gratitude for a few times throughout the day. Each day I list 5 things in the morning and 5 things in the evening for which I am grateful. Some are big and others are small. From my favorite  television show, cup of tea, or my husband totally supporting my solo traveling to get me time. Over time these list have helped change feelings about how full my life is and how much I truly have to be appreciated.
