Wellness Wednesday

There are studies that show that there is a correlation between how many hours we spend sitting down a day, and decreased life expectancy.  This doesn’t mean that you have to pay for an expensive gym membership, or buy pricey equipment; you could simply park farther away from where you’re going, or take the stairs over the elevator. It’s a matter of moving more to help your body stay alive.
