Tip: Create a Journal!
As a therapist, I must admit I am guilty of not journaling often. So when I decided to blog, it was important for me to make sure my blogging could give me the journaling feeling. This was important because I know the benefits of a good outlet to express oneself. When you journal it becomes an awesome way to gain personal insight and perspective on yourself. It allows for a level of self-reflection and awareness that helps you with your growth process.
