When I thought about how this would make me happy; it was simple. I could encourage myself through positive observations about myself and how it relates to my goals. Just imagine writing yourself a letter that reminds you of the positive you see in yourself. For me I will include in this letter some real goals and my hopes to achieve these goals. Just to make it interesting; I will plan to seal the letter and not open it until my 40th birthday; giving me almost 5 years to reach my goals.
