#NoCompromise

“So, because you are lukewarm—neither hot nor cold—I am about to spit you out of my mouth.” Revelation 3:16 NIV           Mastering the ability to compromise was a difficult process for me in some areas of my life because I did not consistently weigh my own needs appropriately. There have been times that I have placed more importance on the wants of others, and subsequently abandoned my own needs. Then, there have been times that I have been quite selfish and others have suffered because of decisions that I have made. … Continue reading #NoCompromise

Gospel of John 19:30 It is tough to imagine the pain I have bared The lives I will save will be worth all the pain I promise to stay with you from now to the end But my job here is complete. “I thirst”

More than a day off…

Good Friday Although I am extremely social; I am a loner.  I spend most of my days reading, writing or preparing for some kind of task.  It’s what makes me who I am.  I am not easily moved or shaken by the things that the world says it can do for me.  But when I think of what Jesus has already done, it not only moves and shakes me it inspires me. So as I mediated on the Seven Last Words of Jesus; I was inspired to write these poems…. Continue reading More than a day off…
